Naltrexone - not looking for medical advice

Filed under: Uncategorized — TaylorLeigh @ 9:19 am
My doctor prescribed naltrexone (50mg/day) for my cravings because I honestly think I functioned better while I was drinking. Now, I have cravings that come nearly daily and last long periods of time and nowhere to get relief since I quit drinking. I'm having difficulty focusing on much of anything from 2PM on (sometimes noon).

I have been taking naltrexone in the AM, but my cravings are generally more severe in the afternoon. You can take it any time... just once per day. Has anyone had success pushing it back to the time you crave the alcohol?
I think it is ridiculous that this is still ongoing when I only drank 2 days in the past month and 10 days and they were back to back. When does this end?
